This is extremely rare from what I can tell, I have researched this flag on
the internet for about 6 months now and cannot find much on this flag. It was
brought back from WWII by the father of a guy I work with. As best I can tell
this is a naval flag, and I believe its made of silk, not 100% sure on that
though, maybe 80% sure. This flag has tassles on three sides, I had to flip a
few on the top back so you could see the anchor in the picture. There is writing
on one corner of the flag along with two red stamps, I did find a little
information.
